Special Situation Funding

A company from positive sectors (As per prevailing banking sentiments), gets declared as NPA by their banks but the company is operational, assets pledged in banks are at least 2X of value of the limits opted. We can help such client get the investor on board buying majority stakes in the company- taking over all the fund base limits- infuse more working capital in the company for the company to be profitable in coming years- investors books a profit after as mutually agreed 5-7 years and exits.
